In Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, colleges and universities offer at least 25 different degrees in game-related fields, according to a list created by Philly’s gaming community. They stray mostly toward video game development.

The programs range from St. Joseph’s University’s certificate in Gaming and Animation to The College of New Jersey’s B.A. in Interactive Media to Drexel University’s Certificate in Learning in Game-Based Environments.
