The NYU Game Center is graduating its first class of MFA students, and they presented many of those students’ game creations at “The Game Center Student Show” in Metrotech Center in Downtown Brooklyn Thursday.
As the photos below make clear, art shows of video games are different than old fashioned art shows in that you can actually interact with the creations. That is, you are very much encouraged to sit down and play the game. Games were out in all kinds of formats. On tablets. On PCs. Projected onto the walls. Several of the games shown were analog games.
