Kwelia, the 2011 DreamIt Ventures grad that offers real estate data, demoed in San Francisco last week as part of Start-Up Chile, an accelerator funded by the Chilean government, TechCrunch reports. Earlier this year, the company set up shop in the University City Science Center’s Port Business Incubator. No word yet on Kwelia‘s official HQ though the company can be found on the RepresentPA map that launched earlier this summer and its Twitter location still says Philly. Kwelia tells us via Twitter that two out of the three team members are back in Philly.

Khushboo Shah, CEO of CloudConfidence, one of the fall 2012 DreamIt Ventures companies, gets featured in Women 2.0 as a “female founder to watch.” CloudConfidence, an analytics-driven cloud management platform, was based in Philadelphia before it entered the accelerator.

CloudConfidence is one of the minority-led companies that’s part of DreamIt Access, the accelerator’s minority entrepreneur program with partners Comcast Ventures.
