McKeever Conwell and his co-founders, Sam Henry and Michael Washington, will present 12 weeks of work when they present their company, Given.to, at NewME Accelerator‘s Demo Day today.
“I’m very excited and nervous at the same time,” said Conwell in an e-mail. “We are hoping to entice investors into wanting to know more about Given.to and our awesome team.”
Conwell and crew arrived to NewME headquarters in San Francisco in August when their online gift-giving platform was still known as NoBadGift.com. At the behest of NewME founder Angela Benton, the NoBadGift guys renamed the company to Given, a rebranding that coincided with the development of several new features, including the ability to crowdfund for digital goods like iPhone apps.
