Comcast BENgineers

Comcast BENgineers is a professional organization for Black engineers within Comcast. It is an offshoot of Comcast’s Black Employee Network ERG, which seeks opportunities for Comcast technologists to collaborate and share their perspectives and skills. It aims to enhance the pipeline for Black talent internally and externally at Comcast; create channels between Black technology employees, upper management and community leaders; and showcase Black talent to create representation.
