Revzilla is opening 65k sq. ft. Navy Yard warehouse

Revzilla also plans to grow its staff from 100 to 160 this year.

Revzilla, the ecommerce shop for motorcycle gear, is expanding into a bigger warehouse in the Navy Yard, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported.

The company opened a 50,000 square foot brick and mortar store in the Navy Yard in December 2012 and is now expanding to a 65,000 square foot warehouse that used to house Destination Maternity. Destination Maternity left the Navy Yard for South Jersey this past September.

Revzilla also plans to grow its staff from 100 to 160 this year.

Revzilla is just one part of the growing tech scene at the Navy Yard, which includes Iroko Pharmaceuticals, Benjamin Franklin Technology Partners and Urban Outfitters.
