Medical marijuana experience app Releaf expands functionality

Now users can record information about topicals, edibles and more.

We told you about the Releaf app over the summer, the D.C. company that collects data on medical marijuana. Now it’s back with more functionality, our sister site Technically DC reports. While the most popular way of consuming marijuana is smoking it, there are other methods such as eating and dabbing that the app previously did not support.
“Since our initial launch in June, users have been clamoring for support for these methods, and our team has been working very hard to make this update. Our vision has always been to support and help as many people as we possibly can, and we feel this is a huge step towards that goal,” said founder Franco Brockelman.
Releaf is available for users across the country but it especially makes sense for users in Delaware: While medical marijuana has been legalized in the state, a few days ago, a pro-marijuana rally was held in Newark where dozens called for further legalization.
