De La Coeur Café on Instagram (Followers: 544)
Why we love it: This Wilmington eatery’s Instagram account has us wide-eyed and hungry. From behind-the-scenes video clips of Chef Gretchen Brizendine prepping soft pretzels stuffed with chocolate chip cookie dough (yes, you read that right) to close-ups of apple tarts carved into roses, they’ve taken local French flare to a whole new level. Warning: you might want to lick your screen.

Why we love it: Fashionable females will fall for the fun outfit-accessory pairings that Mamie’s Facebook page consistently features. The clothing boutique in Wimington’s Trolley Square neighborhood proves you don’t need a big budget to find social success on Facebook. They use Facebook Advertising to target posts based on demographics, geographic location and interest to reach both current and potential customers.

Brew HaHa! on Instagram (Followers: 3,076)
Why we love it: Look out, Starbucks, there’s another Instagram-worthy coffee shop in town! You won’t be able to resist double-tapping Brew HaHa!’s Instagrams of lovely latte art and delectable donuts displayed with warm filters. The café recently featured a latte art design to honor the late David Bowie shortly after his death. How’s that for real-time marketing? If you decide to drop in to one of the café’s nine locations, be sure to post a photo of what you’re sipping or sampling. Brew HaHa! may just repost it to their Instagram page with a special shoutout to you!

Recently, they called on followers to submit their favorite Firefly photos with the #FireflyFAM hashtag for the chance to be featured on their Instagram page and win passes to Firefly 2016.

SoDel Concepts on Facebook (Page likes: 4,335)
Why we love it: There’s more to this Southern Delaware catering company and restaurant group’s Facebook success than their latest mouth-watering menu item. Their posts include proper tags of their various business entities and partners, providing additional post circulation and exposure. They also utilize the more visually pleasing Link Share post structure to drive traffic to relevant web articles instead of embedding the URL in a status update. Their most impressive pieces of content, however, are their native videos. They’re short, well- produced and guaranteed to result in higher visibility.

University of Delaware Athletics on YouTube (Subscribers: 1,697)
Why we love it: The University of Delaware Athletics YouTube channel is your one-stop shop for all things Blue Hen. Their high-quality videos are all less than five minutes and consist of game highlights, recaps and interviews with coaches and student athletes, so UD fans never miss a play. To ensure viewers always stay in a #BHStateOfMind, the videos are cross-promoted on the Athletic Department’s other social channels.
