There are more than 110 events on the calendar for the fourth annual Philly Tech Week 2014 presented by AT&T (April 4-12). That’s overwhelming. So with just 10 days until all comes down, we’ll be sharing the calendar from one of our team members to get a sense of where you might want to be. Find those posts here.

If you see Philly Tech Week as one big party with some food and policy sprinkled in the middle, you should follow our lead reporter Juliana Reyes.

THINGS I LOVE: parties, government policy, spicy things, libraries and snacks

• City Council Hearing on the Creative Class (Thursday, April 3, 10:00 a.m. – 12 p.m.) — One of the successes of the Philadelphia tech community has been to show its commitment and relevance to policy makers here and elsewhere. I want to hear what tech community leaders will have to say about where we should go next.
• Philadelphia Heart Science Forum (Friday, April 4, 8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.): I’ve been geeking out about tech transfer recently, so I’m excited to hear from life sciences investors like Ira Lubert about what it’s like to fund life life sciences today.
• Arcade at the Oval (Friday, April 4, 7:00 p.m.- 10:30 p.m.): I spent my childhood watching my brothers play video games. I imagine Tetris on the Cira Centre will be like that, just on a bigger screen. Has anyone mentioned the Yards beer garden and 10 food trucks?
• Pyramid STEM Showcase (Saturday, April 5, 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.): I love that this event is held up by Broad and Erie. We should always try to get out of our neighborhoods.
• Baseball Hack Day (Sunday, April 6, 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.): Philly’s so good at hackathons that we can have both civic ones and just-for-fun ones. But shh, I’m a Braves fan.

• Tech Mix It Up (Monday, April 7, 5:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m.) — The Philly tech scene is one of the more vibrant, welcoming and diverse communities around. I always hope to meet new people who are making an impact here.

• Women in Tech Startups: Tech Girl Talk (Tuesday, April 8, 5:30 p.m.- 8:30 p.m.): I like how this lineup features familiar faces (TechGirlz’s Tracey Welson-Rossman, Robin Hood Ventures’ Ellen Weber) and new ones (Hire an Esquire founder Julia Shapiro, The National Constitution Center’s VP of Digital Innovation Kathleen Cohen).
• Exposed: Designers in the startup world (Tuesday, April 8, 5:45 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.): I don’t get to talk to designers enough, so this will be a way to look at the startup world through different eyes.

• Regional Investor Lunch Panel (Wednesday, April 9, 11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.) I’m moderating this panel of East Coast investors. If you want to hear about the reach Philly tech business can have, come here. Plus, for $25, you get lunch, plus investor access.
• Tapping into the Invisible Consumer Base: People with Disabilities and Older Adults (Wednesday, April 9, 10:30 a.m.)
• IGDA Philadelphia Game Showcase (Wednesday, 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.) — The game scene here continues its slow march.
• Entrepreneur Expo (Wednesday, 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.): I heard Entrepreneur Expo is gonna be a big party this year and is the perfect cap to our Business Track Day.
• Phorum (Thursday, April 10, 7:00 a.m.- – 6:30 p.m.): I’m looking forward to hearing Independence Blue Cross CEO Dan Hilferty talk about using technology to engage the company’s customers.

• Startup Grind featuring Manu Ghambir (Thursday, 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.): Ghambir founded Ryzing, which was acquired by a Silicon Valley gaming firm in 2012. I wanna know what he’s up to now.
• Navigating the news: Re-inventing Philadelphia’s largest multilingual news website for a wider audience (Thursday, 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.): I’m excited to moderate this panel because I’m super interested in Al Dia and how the newspaper is evolving.
• Music + Tech = ______? (Friday, 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.): Yeah, I’m definitely coming to see RJD2, Schoolly D, Bruce Warren and others talk about what music and tech means to them.
• N3rd Street BBQ (Friday, 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.): Because, N3rd Street.
• Philly Tech Week Signature Event (Friday, 7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.): Duh. Cocktail party, tons of local tech, booze and snacks and, like, 1,000 people in the Comcast Center lobby.
• Signature Event After Party (Friday, 10:00 p.m.): Sometimes, I go to the party just so I can go to the after party.
• Women in Tech Summit (Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.): This has also become a Philly Tech Week institution.
