Noah Scialom, who goes by Noah Calm on Instagram, spends his days snapping shots around Baltimore in the hopes of one day becoming a wire photojournalist.
Scialom is a freelance photojournalist and a Hampden resident, according to an interview he did with the Baltimore Sun.
