Add another to the already-robust list of new coworking spaces coming to the D.C. area.

Spaces, an Amsterdam-born brand, will be opening 23,000 square feet of office space at the Uline Arena (next to that new REI) in April.

“Spaces Uline is a creative place where you can work, check your email, and meet with clients,” the website declares. “It’s a place where you can pause to enjoy a really good cup of coffee or a healthy lunch, and where super-fast, unlimited wifi ensures you can work quickly and efficiently.” All this in the “flourishing neighborhood” of NoMa, where you can “immerse yourself in the fresh, urban scene.”

Spaces is a global brand with locations all over Europe, North America and even Asia. Uline will be Spaces’ first location in the D.C. area, but not its only one. Another Spaces location at the Artisphere in Arlington is slated to open this summer.
