Here’s a map of the region’s fastest-growing businesses

Most of the companies are in or around Montgomery County.

Most of the region’s fastest-growing businesses, at least according to Philadelphia Business Journal data, aren’t in the city proper; they’re clustered in and around Mongomery County, according to a new map.

The map visualizes The Philadelphia 100, a list of the region’s fastest-growing private companies, ranked by revenue growth from 2011 to 2013.

(Update, 11/7/14: The Philadelphia Business Journal has taken down the map because some of its data was incorrect, PBJ Editor-in-Chief Craig Ey told Technical.ly Philly. We’ll update with a new link when it’s republished.)

Some tech companies on the list include Lamps.com (#4), Tembo, Inc. (#22), Greenphire (#27), Medical Guardian (#29), MaassMedia (#31) and Bolt On Technology (#36).

No. 1 on the list? The seven-person Veterinary Practice Partners of King of Prussia, which saw revenues shoot up by 3,546.3 percent. So, yeah.

The city’s top dog, according to the list? Juno Search Partners at 1315 Walnut St.

Companies: Greenphire
