Philly and NYC to shake hands at this University City maker meetup

We’ll just spare you any dumb cheesesteak-Big Apple references and get right to the info.
There’s an interesting meetup going down this Wednesday at Quorum that we think you should go to — if only to rep your hometown as it hosts tech doers and makers from New York. It’s called Maker Meetup: NYC meets Philly.
It’s a packed schedule from 6:00 p.m. on.

From Philly:

• Kurt Dudley and Doug Farber, Orange Maker cofounders
• Bevan Weissman, cofounder of New American Public Art

From NYC:

• Dr. Linh Le, founder of FlexTraPower

For the keynote presentation, we’ll hear from New York-based Canary Security Systems cofounder and CEO Chris Rill.
