Kid Hazo is a mysterious guy and that’s the way he wants to keep it (“I don’t really know what the repercussions are,” he told the Philadelphia Inquirer about his street art). What we do know: he has a master’s degree in information technology, he’s down with N3rd Street and he left a giant parking ticket on a Philadelphia Parking Authority car.

He partnered up again with Conrad Benner at the Streets Department blog too. That pair get around like Superman and Clark Kent.
