Bethesda, Maryland-based real estate tech startup Homesnap just announced that it’s partnering with Bright MLS to launch an integration feature for real estate digital ad campaigns.
Founded in 2008, Homesnap’s app allows users to find out more info about a property after snapping its photo. With this new digital ad integration feature, real estate professionals will be able to run customized digital marketing campaigns right at the point of listing entry. The integration is compatible with Facebook, Google, Instagram and Waze.
Bright MLS, which has a network of 95,000 real estate professionals in the Mid-Atlantic region, will offer this integration tool to its subscribers, who will be able to monitor their digital marketing campaigns from within its listing management system.
“This tool will enable our users to dramatically maximize the impact of their listing almost instantaneously as they make their entry into Listing Management,” said Jon Coile, chairman of Bright MLS, in a press release. “We’re offering our users the visibility, convenience and efficiency to move their business forward.”
When real estate professionals access their Bright MLS dashboard, they will be able to preview their Homesnap Pro Ads for all four advertising platforms specifically created for their listings. Once ads are live, users can track the campaign’s progress through a performance report that includes ad views and clicks. Through this integration, ads will also get their own landing pages.
“By allowing agents the ease and timeliness of creating a listing and running ads for that listing in the same place, we’re arming Bright MLS users with an instant, powerful tool to generate leads and grow their business,” said Homesnap CEO John Mazur.
This product launch comes a few weeks after Homesnap was named to the 2019 Inc. 5000 list, a directory of the country’s fastest-growing private companies. The startup came moved up to the #38 spot, after being ranked #43 in 2018.
