Groove hires Eric Jones as Chief Customer Officer

Eric Jones was named Chief Customer Officer at Groove, the company announced this week. He will lead the digital agency’s business development and account management teams.
Jones came to the Baltimore-based marketing, web design and development agency from Jellyfish, where he served as Vice President for Client Strategy. Previously, he was Vice President of Client Strategy at Baltimore-based R2integrated.
“Eric brings a great deal of experience, from both the agency and the customer perspective, and we are excited for him to join us,” said Groove Executive Vice President Mack McGee.
