Five Below, the Philadelphia-based retailer with more than 325 stores in 20 states, wants to expand its ecommerce presence, and it just hired Walmart.com CEO Joel Anderson to do so, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported. Five Below caters to middle-school children.

The company also hired Eric Specter, former Chief Integration Officer at the Mahwah, N.J.-based women’s retailer Ascena Retail Group. He’ll be in charge of “supply chain, info tech and real estate,” according to the Inquirer.
