who’s getting funded?

Digital Mobile Innovations LLC, based in Bethesda, Md., has raised $2.95 million in equity, according to SEC filings. The company “develops, manufactures, and markets consumer electronics care and maintenance products, and computer peripherals.”
Luminal Inc., based in Frederick, Md., has raised $4.8 million in equity, according to SEC filings. The cloud computing company calls itself a “stealth-mode software startup building next generation security and infrastructure system.”

who’s making moves?

Federal Hill-based cybersecurity startup Red Owl Analytics was named the most innovative company in the U.S. during the annual RSA Conference in San Francisco in February.
