DC Startup Week, the annual gathering of the startup community in the D.C. area, will see a daylong celebration of innovation and entrepreneurship hosted by Booz Allen Hamilton on Monday, Sept. 9.
The day will be packed full of sessions celebrating innovation, technology and entrepreneurship, and is taking place at Booz Allen’s D.C. Innovation Center.
“DC Startup Week is thrilled to have Booz Allen Hamilton on board as a major supporter this year and hosting a full day of programming at their Innovation Center will give Startup Week attendees a one-stop conference experience that showcases the very best of what the D.C. innovation community has to offer,” said Rachel Koretsky, lead organizer of DC Startup Week.
Designed to ignite solutions through collaboration and interdisciplinary engagement, the management and IT consulting firm’s Innovation Centers are designed to combine the best thinking from startups, commercial industry, academia and government to build original solutions and add new value.
“Through the Innovation Center, Booz Allen is already a keystone of the D.C. startup community, offering a fantastic venue for growing companies and entrepreneurs to meet, work and learn from each other as they grow the next generation of big ideas,” Koretsky said.
