Technically Baltimore reported in January that Seattle-based RootMetrics had rated AT&T the Baltimore region’s best wireless carrier. The same is true for Washington, D.C., according to a separate RootMetrics RootScore report released in January.
Like in the Baltimore region, however, other wireless carriers outperformed AT&T with respect to call failures. In D.C., Cricket dropped the fewest calls (as noted in the graphic below).
