Dear developers of Philadelphia:
There are sizable cash prizes up for grabs in a coding competition happening a mere 40-minute drive from Center City.
{OpenBracket, an initiative of Zip Code Wilmington cofounder Ben duPont, starts with an online showdown on Oct. 15. Then on Nov. 5 there’s an in-person finals in Wilmington (an event that, full disclosure, we at Technical.ly are co-organizing).
If the goal of the event is to further raise Delaware’s presence in the national tech game and draw talent to the area, neighbors from Philly are likely the first to want to heed the call.
Head over to Technical.ly Delaware for more info.

Full disclosure: Technical.ly Delaware is among the stakeholders producing {OpenBracket.
