A new tool released for CSS has big implications for webpage design.
On June 20 at General Assembly, Mozilla Web Developer Advocate Matthew Claypotch is leading a talk on CSS Grid Layout.
“In the early years of the web, there were limits on where you could put content on a web page. Now, with CSS properties powering dynamic layouts in browsers, a renaissance in layout design patterns is emerging,” the event description states.
The tools are seen as a way to help simplify the design process and get a webpage that’s closer to what was originally envisioned.
The event is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at General Assembly’s 15th St. campus.
