December means shopping, stress and year-end lists — and one of our favorites is the list of new Leadership Delaware fellows.
Now in its 16th year, the program offers professional development to rising local leaders. It aims to grow these professionals’ careers as they work to grow Delaware.
See who made the class of 2023
The fellows will participate in monthly sessions over a year, hearing from up to 150 speakers across the full program. The speakers, all notable Delawareans, will share their expertise during issues-focused forums on topics ranging from the economy to healthcare to corporate governance.
This year’s class comprises 31 fellows from all three Delaware counties. The class of 2024 represents a variety of sectors, including nonprofits, healthcare, finance and education.
