Blue Bell, Pa.-based Anexinet announced Wednesday its acquisition of San Jose’s Propelics, makers of mobile applications for the enterprise sector.

The deal adds 100 staffers to Anexinet’s workforce of 250, which is spread between Blue Bell and Center City. No financial terms were disclosed.

The move also lets the company reach West Coast customers through Propelics’ presence there, Anexinet CEO Brad Hokamp told Technical.ly.

“We’re constantly looking at ways to grow both organically and merger and acquisitions,” Hokamp said. “By combining Anexinet’s digital and analytics capabilities with Propelics’ enterprise mobility solutions, we can now offer our customers a more comprehensive and compelling platform to enable their digital business transformation.”

Propelics has built mobile solutions for companies like AstraZeneca, Merck and Family Dollar. Anexinet offers “digital engagement applications” for companies like Aramark, Hershey’s, iPipeline and the American Association for Cancer Research.
