This one we missed but it bears repeating: there’s a map from the City of Philadelphia that helps you find all the English as a Second Language classes in Philly.
Over 38 places that offer English language education around across town are dotted in this map. Many are free or low cost, and most are Office of Adult Education Partner English Classes, which means they provide high-quality classes.

The map was a joint effort between the Office of Immigrant Affairs, the Office of Adult Education, the Mayor’s Office of Policy, Temple University’s Department of Geography and Urban Studies and the Office of Information Technology’s (OIT) GIS Services Group.
