Fame House, a Society Hill digital marketing agency for musicians, was acquired by SFX, a New York City electronic music events company that recently went public, for an undisclosed amount, according to a release. The acquisition is one of three acquisitions that SFX announced all at once.

Fame House has 18 full-time employees, 13 of which are in Philly. Five are split between San Francisco and Los Angeles. Fame House’s headquarters will remain in Philadelphia, said Fame House business development lead Sam Huntington, though some individual staffers might need to eventually relocate. Fame House will also be growing its staff by about 10, Huntington said, with a focus on hiring in Philadelphia.

The agency was founded in 2011 by Michael Fiebach.
