Philadelphia: The Great Experiment: support the largest public Philly history project

Funding fell through for the feature-length film the producers planned to make, and now they're turning to Kickstarter. The team needs to raise roughly $8,000 more dollars by Aug. 5.

Philadelphia: The Great Experiment, the documentary series from mayoral candidate Sam Katz, is the largest public history project in Philadelphia, in terms of audience reach, its organizers say. But it needs to raise $53,500 to continue telling the story of our city’s history, dating back to 1640.

Funding fell through for the feature-length film the producers planned to make, and now they’re turning to Kickstarter. The team needs to raise roughly $8,000 more dollars by Aug. 5.
