The Fearless Fund, which supports Black women entrepreneurs, is facing a lawsuit related to anti-discrimination. This is part of a broader trend of backlash  against racial equity initiatives implemented post-2020.

But diverse representation in the workforce and entrepreneurship has concrete economic benefits, so there’s been a shift from race-focused programs to more inclusive strategies like income-based and community-specific initiatives.

4 ways Delaware uses AI in various sectors

Delaware-based nonprofit The Tech Forum highlighted AI uses in different sectors at “AI in DE,” offering an opportunity to learn from people who use the technology every day.

AI is like the next generation of programming said entrepreneur Matt Saponaro, who encouraged educators to integrate the technology into curriculum for students.
