AstraZeneca’s $2.4B deal for cancer-fighting drug

AstraZeneca, the British/Swedish global pharmaceutical firm with a longtime US base in Wilmington, acquired California-based Fusion Pharmaceuticals for $2.4 billion, adding a potential prostate cancer treatment drug to its portfolio.

Delaware tech folks convene in Wilmington

The second annual Tech Ecosystem Conference takes over the Riverfront Events center in Wilmington next week with two days of programming.
