Our Fortune 15 health care client is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their Customer Lifecycle department. This is a pivotal role focused on leveraging data analytics and optimization strategies to support our Direct to Consumer (D2C) Marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Corporate Linkages, Healthcare, and Optimization methodologies to derive actionable insights from various data sources. Through the application of advanced analytics techniques, the candidate will play a crucial role in reducing advertising expenditure while maximizing customer acquisition and retention efforts.

*Qualifications:*

· MS or PhD preferred.

· Proficiency in Python and other relevant programming languages.

· Extensive experience in data science, optimization, and data analysis.

· In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.

· Strong skills in SQL for data querying & manipulation.

· In-depth knowledge of methodologies such as natural language processing, response modelling, tokenization, and lemmatization.

· Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

· Experience in analyzing first-party, B2B, and B2C data sets.

· Expertise in statistical and mathematical modeling techniques.

· Expertise in principal component analysis (PCA) and predictive analytics.

· Ability to execute A/B testing.

· Knowledge of advanced optimization techniques (Stochastic, Monte Carlo, etc.).

· Understanding of uplift modeling techniques.

· Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

*Responsibilities:*

· Utilize expertise in Corporate Linkages, Healthcare, and Optimization strategies to support D2C Marketing endeavors.

· Analyze first-party data, purchased B2B, and B2C data to derive actionable insights.

· Employ natural language processing techniques for linguistic framing and call-to-action triggers.

· Develop and implement advertising optimization strategies to maximize ROI.

· Utilize advanced analytics techniques such as response modeling and tokenization for campaign efficiency.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven marketing strategies.

· Create and execute A/B testing methodologies to optimize campaign performance.

· Apply data-driven approaches to drive user acquisition and retention efforts.

· Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders effectively.

· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data science and marketing analytics.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
