As a Development Lead in our team, you’ll take part in end-to-end solution delivery.

You’ll design and build efficient and reliable solutions that deliver to our business users and our cloud-native and API future state.

You will lead improving quality, modernizing our stack and pushing for continuous integration and delivery. As part of a team that owns solutions end-to-end, you will share responsibilities in supporting our applications and in growing upon our DevOps and SRE principles.

With experience in a similar role, you will have an impressive software engineering track record, having worked with both business and technology stakeholders in an agile manner.

You’ll have in-depth understanding of modern software development and design concepts, and familiarity of DevOps development practices.  You have exposure to message-based systems and microservices architectures that cover batch and real-time processes using synchronous and asynchronous patterns.

You’ll have strong proficiency in Python and Java frameworks (Spring boot). You’ll also possess skills in databases and experience in cloud-based development, preferably in AWS.  As a Development Lead, you’ll be mentoring and coaching a talented and passionate group of engineers in a global, distributed environment.

Your passion for innovation and problem-solving will allow you to harness emerging technology trends to deliver solutions to our investment management business in an efficient and agile manner
