Sign of the times: 3,000 people hit a jobs fair for ex-offenders at the Municipal Services Building across from City Hall today, as CBS 3 reported — that’s more than three times as many people were expected. The crowd shut down the event, to be rescheduled for the Convention Center, said Everett Gilison.
