Got a startup, or thinking of starting one? The free “New Castle County is Open for Business” event at Dravo Plaza (920 Justison St., Wilmington) is worth checking out.
Sponsored by the county and the Emerging Enterprise Center, the two-hour event is an opportunity to meet officials at various government, private and nonprofit agencies that provide a range of services, from finding a location and securing loans to reaching customers and advancing your business model.
The informal, open house event will be held from 9–11 a.m. Registration is suggested, but not required.
