Refresh DC, a local community of designers, developers, media professionals and strategists, is hosting an event focused on “reimagining the hiring process.”

The community was founded to convene creatives and technologists to learn from one another. Refresh DC frequently hosts events, sends out a newsletter and interacts with the wider #dctech community via Twitter and Facebook.

This latest event sponsored by Mindspace welcomes recent hires, job seekers and hiring managers to share their experiences from both sides of the job search. Hiring managers will also share their personal tips and tricks to landing the next best hire.

The event is slated for Thursday, Feb. 20, at Mindspace. The event kicks off at 6:30 p.m. with a panel discussion.
