Delaware’s coworking space options continue to expand, offering affordable spaces for remote workers, entrepreneurs, startups and small businesses, whether the need is a seat at a communal workspace table, a small private office or a wet lab.

While the majority of the state’s coworking spaces are in New Castle County, the number of downstate spaces is increasing: Delaware State University launched two new collaborative workplaces for students and adult entrepreneurs in Dover, and The Mill’s Seaford location is slated to open later in 2025. Other new spaces include the Delaware Black Chamber of Commerce’s Business Incubator and the One Village Alliance Freedom Center, which both had grand openings this year.
