Mindgrub was the main attraction at an event welcoming the company to Locust Point. But it was not alone in receiving recognition.
Jeff Bean, national director for Partner America, gave Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake his organization’s Small Business Advocate award. The award recognizes “leadership and innovation in the small business community,” Bean said.
Partner America is an initiative of American Management Service and the United States Conference of Mayors. Rawlings-Blake is the latter group’s vice president. She previously won the award in 2010.
