Dumbo agtech startup Agrilyst announced Wednesday morning the hiring of Jon Dayton as Chief Technology Officer, according to a post on Medium.
Dayton will be the first C-level employee at the company besides its founder, Allison Kopf, who is its CEO.
Dayton comes from Vestorly, a Manhattan content marketing startup in the financial services sector that has raised more than $14 million. He served as the company’s Director of Engineering.
In the post, Agrilyst also said it is looking to hire for sales positions.
