We’re halfway through the 7th annual Baltimore Innovation Week! If you haven’t connected yet, there are still lots of events left for networking and professional development.

One prime opportunity comes at the end of the week, and there’s plenty of fun thrown in. Join us at the BIW18 Innovation Celebration happening this Friday, October 12.

Held at 1 N. Haven St., the big bash joins together two of the newest additions to Highlandtown. The block is well-known in the tech community as the home of ETC. Over the last year, a couple new destinations moved in. Monument City Brewing moved into its new location in 2017, expanding its craft beer production and adding a taproom that’s already become a community gathering point Then, Urban Axes expanded to Baltimore this year, adding ax throwing to the mix.

At the closing party, attendees will have a chance to go inside both spots. A $10 ticket includes two beers from Monument City Brewing.

What To Expect:

  • Urban Axes will be offering 30-minute ax throwing training sessions for $10.
  • Food Trucks: Mexican on the Run and Kommie Pig.
  • Charging Tables supplied by PowerUp.
