Ed Mullin recently joined project management and operations consulting firm Think Systems as CIO and Vice President. In the role, Mullin will develop offerings in technical and software services and strategic information. He’s well-known around the tech community for his work on the Baltimore City Robotics Center and the BaltoMSDN meetup.

“I’ve known Think for over five years and have been impressed with their ability to handle impossible IT projects, help clients recover from project disasters, and deal with tough post-merger integrations,” Mullin said in a statement.  “These folks drop in like a delta force team for their clients and they always get results.”

Groove said Chris McCready recently joined as Director of Business Development. She will oversee new client and business initiatives for the Little Italy ecommerce and lead generation agency. McReady is returning to Baltimore after working on business development in ecommerce, tech and design in Silicon Valley and the Bay Area.

It comes amid a series of new hires. According to a blog post, the agency recently hired Natalie Zubritsky as an Account Manager. Dawn DiBattista joined as Office and Human Relations Manager. Avis Hixon was hired as Traffic Manager to manage internal production.
