Venture for America brought plenty of aspiring entrepreneurs to Baltimore, and they stayed.
This week, the nonprofit that places recent college grads in jobs at startups is putting on a screening of a documentary about starting a business.
Generation Startup is set to be screened on Thursday, March 9, at the recently-opened R. House food hall in Remington.

The film, directed by Cynthia Wade and Cheryl Miller Houser, chronicles six VFA fellows in Detroit over 17 months.
Here’s the trailer:

The VFA-sponsored screenings are happening around the country. As we noted during our Tomorrow Tour collabo with Comcast NBCUniversal, there’s plenty to learn from other cities.
