Wayne MacKenzie

Wayne MacKenzie is a technical product owner for NOAA helping to migrate NOAA's satellite data processing systems into the cloud. He has worked in software development for 15 years, primarily in the aerospace industry and holds a MS and BS in Atmospheric Science and Meteorology respectively and a MBA in IT Project Management.
