Lillian Humphrey

Lillian Humphrey is a proud Black woman, mother, wife, veteran and the director of Cultural Diversity & Inclusion at Power Home Remodeling. The home remodeling industry has always been behind when it comes to diversity — and for the past 13 years, Humphrey’s goal has been to change that perception. In 2017, she launched the Cultural Diversity & Inclusion (CD&I) Initiative at Power with two goals: to ensure all people regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation, and religion feel like an equally important member of Power's family; and to ensure Power is not ceding talented people, turned off by the perception of a non-inclusive workplace. Humphrey is a United States Army Veteran who served the country for 9 years, and is pursuing a BA from Temple University.
