Gregory Jarmas

Gregory Jarmas is a corporate and transactional attorney who counsels publicly traded and privately held companies on a broad spectrum of corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions and growth strategy for startups and venture capital funds. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Greg was a touring professional golfer and served as a policy research analyst in a government relations firm.
