Hope Bear is the chief people officer at AWeber, an email marketing solution for small businesses, where she helps foster an environment focused on people and culture. With over 30 years of experience in human resources, Hope is passionate about AWeber’s mission to create experiences that help people connect in remarkable ways and believes a culture of ongoing education, respect and cooperation leads to major innovation. Before joining AWeber, Hope provided strategic support in areas of talent development, organizational planning, recruitment, hiring practices and employee engagement for Kellogg Company and Ikea. She holds a bachelor of arts in psychology and a master of science in human resources from Temple University.
