Dave Guarino

Dave Guarino is the Director of the GetCalFresh project. He co-founded the work in 2014 as the team's first engineer, playing many roles as the team has grown. Before GetCalFresh, Dave was a CfA fellow in 2013 and previously worked in state health policy.
