Where are people taking Lyfts to this summer? Top 10 destinations, mapped

Bars, parks, casinos: The ridesharing company shared a list of its top summer destinations in Philly.

Lyft crunched the data and released a list of its top destinations in Philly. Lyft drivers, take note. This is the low-hanging fruit.

From Fishtown’s SugarHouse Casino to the ever-bustling Woody’s bar in the Gayborhood, the list features local favorites like Independence Beer Garden and the Philadelphia Zoo.

“Summer is a great time of year to get out and explore new areas of Philadelphia,” said Andrew Woolf, Lyft’s general manager for Pennsylvania. “We see that many people are taking rides to places like Morgan’s Pier, Independence Beer Garden, and the Philadelphia Museum of Art to experience what makes our city so special.”

Lyft found 73 percent of its riders are using the platform to get to restaurants and entertainment venues.
