Fresh off two of its biggest yearly efforts (Entrepreneur Expo, the massive startup trade-show, and its 12-week accelerator program), Philly Startup Leaders is getting some time to self-reflect.
The 10-year-old nonprofit had a significant shift in leadership over the last 12 months: It gained a new honorary president in RJMetrics and Stitch cofounder Robert Moore and a new executive director in Kiera Smalls, former marketing manager at Bicycle Transit Systems. Now the organization launched a survey aimed at connecting with the needs of its base.
“This survey is meant to help us get more insights into the Philly-area startup/tech ecosystem and to ensure that the decisions and investments we make going forward are data-driven and mission-driven,” Smalls said. “PSL has made important investments in its Board and Staff, and as we continue our momentum we want to make sure we understand who we’re reaching, what’s working, and where we can improve.”
Complete the surveyThe nonprofit organization recently redid its website thanks to an in-kind donation from dev firm Think It First.
