San Francisco-based artist Hunter Franks believes that Philadelphians could do with a little more talking to strangers. Help kick off his Knight Foundation-backed artist residency “The Philadelphia League of Creative Interventionists” at Thursday’s launch.

Philadelphia League of Creative Interventionists Launch Event
In the weeks to come, San Francisco-based artist Hunter Franks will run a Knight Foundation-backed participatory art project to encourage Philadelphians to slow down and talk to each other. Brainstorm at this launch event and participate in what Franks calls a “creative intervention.”
