Jeff Maher, the Philly civic hacker behind projects like Reclaim Philly and Kiqstand, is a 2014 fellow at Code for America, the year-long program that pairs developers and city governments in an effort to find innovative solutions to city problems.

Maher, who used to work as a software developer at Johnson & Johnson, is working with the Rhode Island Code for America team.

Lyzi Diamond, a former Philadelphia technologist who moved to Portland, is also a 2014 fellow.
