If you’ve been apartment hunting before, you know that photos hardly ever tell the full story about a potential spot. But what about video?
HomeJab, a site launched in May by developer and mortgage broker Joe Jesuele, is an an online database for video tours of Philly real estate, the Philadelphia Daily News reported.
The team of five works with real estate agents and shoots video of their properties for sale. It’s working on expanding nationally, including building a network of videographers to work with real estate agents across the country.
Jesuele, 31, lives in Old City and attended Villanova University.
